Lir Anti-racism Training and Education offers programmes in diversity and tolerance at community and workplace levels. The aim of our programmes is to enable participants to identify racism, and equip them with the tools needed to combat it.
Lir Anti-racism Training and Education is primarily aimed at service providers in the statutory, community and voluntary sectors. However, we are happy to work with businesses and other organisations who want to reap the benefits of a more inclusive workplace.
Lir Anti-racism Training and Education programmes comprises ten modules, which can be tailored to meet the needs of individual clients.
Lir Anti-racism Training and Education evolved from a network comprising the statutory, community and voluntary sector and is now established as a limited company. Financial support for the Lir programme has been received from Irish Aid at the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Joesph Rowntree Trust as well as other donors.
