Cultural Studies – Level 4

The module will enhance cultural awareness and socio-cultural competence by studying other countries or communities, with its culture and customs.  The module is particularly suitable for integration with language modules.  It is intended that cultural awareness be developed through vocationally related activities. This module also recognises that acquiring cultural awareness and socio-cultural competence is a life-long process, central to personal, social and professional development.
